  We were really looking forward to our dinner here and it ended up being the only place we went on our trip that didn't stick to the Covid regulations.
There... read more was a table of 10 sitting nearby all on one table. And when a member of the group of 10 stood at the edge of our table with no mask on talking to someone on the high table behind us, no staff member told her to go back to her own table for several minutes.
The food was tasty but it was a disappointing experience overall.

  James Long Pub has a nice atmosphere and staff. The food is good as well. However, it is often very crowded with tourists from the bus trips.

Dingle is a wonderful place

  Really nice setting and well set up given current restrictions. We were a party of 8, 6 adults and 2 kids. Couldn’t fault the majority of our mains however one... read more of our party ordered a pizza and it was served in a pizza box despite the fact that we were dining in house! The roast beef could have been better too and understandably wasn’t as freshly cooked as the remainder of our mains. The crab claws, chowder and fish and chips were superb!! Desserts were to die for (sticky toffee pudding and banoffee) and we’d go back for these alone!
